At this year’s Burton Awards ceremony, held at the Library of Congress, the spotlight turned to legal authors as the Book Review Program was formally introduced to a national audience. Several authors featured in the 2021 list were in attendance, and excerpts from select reviews were shared during the program. This new literary initiative adds a vital dimension to the Burton Awards’ mission to honor excellence in legal writing, and we are honored to continue the tradition in print.
