To further diversify perspectives and deepen academic insight, the Burton Book Review Program has invited two distinguished legal scholars to contribute guest reviews this year. Professor Karen Smith (Yale Law) and Professor José Martinez (University of Texas Law) will review titles in the areas of constitutional law and race & society. We look forward to publishing their thoughtful critiques in the coming months and thank them for their generous participation in advancing legal discourse.
